I hope this blog finds you well, but I have a sneaky suspicion, there are things you would like to ease, within your life. So often, we have so much on our plates - work, family, friends, and everything in between. It's easy to feel exhausted and stressed, but I discovered something that has helped me restore my balance and energy levels - Reiki.
When I found myself being admitted to hospital during the Covid pandemic, I was not in a good way, physically mentally or emotionally. Modern medicine was working on the biological issues I was facing, but i was left to take care of my own mental and emotional wellbeing with no support. I had previously begun delving into Reiki but it was at this moment I became grateful for it. Using self Reiki, I prevented myself suffering any extreme mental health side effects from the trauma I had experienced.
Here's a little more insight for you. Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses a gentle touch to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Since starting my Reiki journey, I've noticed a crazy amount of benefits. Reiki has helped me feel more relaxed and less anxious, reduced my physical pain, and even improved the quality of my sleep. The practice has also helped me release emotional blockages and connect with my inner self, promoting a sense of self-awareness and acceptance.
